get currencies

/ecom/currency/v1/getcurrencies

Loads currencies. The request body is optional: when identifiers[].currencySid are given, only those currencies are returned; a non-null body WITHOUT identifiers (e.g. {}) returns ALL active currencies (no paging/limit); a null body returns an empty list. Currency SIDs must be resolved beforehand (e.g. via an unfiltered call), never invented.
