get partnergroups of partner

/ecom/partner/v1/getpartnerpartnergroups

Loads the partner-group assignments of the given partners. identifiers is required: a null body, a null/empty identifiers list, then an empty list is returned (no error) - no other field triggers a search. The partners are resolved from identifiers and the caller's API role FilterXD is applied. SID resolution per identifier entry, first non-null wins: partnerSid, partnerRowGuid, partnerName, searchString. No result limit.
