/ecom/pricelist/v1/getpricelists

Loads price lists. The request body is optional; a null body or a body without any selector returns an empty list (there is no load-all). The selector is the FIRST non-empty of: (1) identifiers[].priceListSid; (2) partnerGrpSid (the partner group's sell/purchase/special-sell price lists); (3) partnerSid (the price lists assigned to that partner). includePriceListRef=true additionally loads the referenced parent price lists (deduplicated). SIDs must be resolved beforehand, never invented.
