get shipping cost

/ecom/shopcart/v1/getshippingcost

Computes the shipping cost for one shop cart. Gated by the global setting SHOPCART_SHIPPINGCOST_QUERY: if the setting is disabled an empty result is returned. When enabled, the configured query is run for the resolved cart and must return exactly one row with at least one column, otherwise error.noshippingcostfound is raised. The request must resolve to exactly one cart (single shopCartSid, see getShopCartPos).
