get positions of shopcart

/ecom/shopcart/v1/getshopcartpos

Loads one shop cart together with its positions. The request must resolve to EXACTLY ONE cart via identifiers (a single shopCartSid); zero or more than one raises an error (IllegalArgumentException 'only one shoppingCart can be checked!'), and an unknown SID raises 'invalid shopCartSid!'. null body -> empty result.
