validate voucher code

/ecom/shopcart/v1/validatevoucher

Checks whether a voucher code (authCode) is valid for a given shop cart and returns the voucher with its remaining amount, or the validation error keys. authCode is required (missing -> error.authCodeMandatory). The request must resolve to exactly one cart (single shopCartSid, see getShopCartPos); the voucher is validated against that cart's partner, currency and articles. This does NOT reserve the voucher (use reserveVouchers).
