get contract types

/stock/contracttype/v1/getcontracttypes

Loads contract types. The request body is optional: when identifiers[].contractTypeSid are given, only those (valid) contract types are returned; a non-null body WITHOUT identifiers (e.g. {}) returns ALL active contract types (no paging/limit); a null body returns an empty list. Contract-type SIDs must be resolved beforehand, never invented.
