get contract versions

/stock/contractversion/v1/getcontractversions

Loads contract versions. The request body is optional: filter by identifiers[].contractVersionSid and/or contractTypeSids; when neither is set (a non-null body without them, e.g. {}) ALL active contract versions are returned (no paging/limit); a null body returns an empty list. A role-based visibility check is always applied. When both contractVersion SIDs and contractTypeSids are supplied, unionContractVersionsAndTypes controls how they are combined. SIDs must be resolved beforehand, never invented.
