/stock/contract/v1/getcontracts

Searches/loads contracts. The request body is technically optional: a null body, or a body that sets none of the supported filters, intentionally returns an empty list (not an error). Filters are evaluated in fixed priority order, FIRST non-empty wins: (1) identifiers[].contractSid -> loads exactly those contracts (contractVersionSid and enqStateSids narrow this branch); (2) tourInstSid -> contracts of that tour instance (enqStateSids/notEnqStateSids/onlyDeliverableContracts narrow it); (3) partnerSids together with coPosAPJBGUsagePartnerSids -> contracts by both partner sets (assFromNull/minAssTo narrow it); (4) partnerSids alone -> contracts by partner (respAreaSids/assFromNull/minAssTo narrow it); (5) contractTypeSid together with schedFinishDate -> valid contracts of that type on that date (enqStateSids narrows it). Results are additionally FilterXD-restricted by the caller's role. There is no result-size limit. SIDs must be resolved beforehand (never invented).
