get product group variants

/stock/productgroup/v1/getpgvariants

Loads product-group variants. The request body is optional: when sids, pgVariantGrpSids and articleSid are ALL empty/null, ALL active PG variants are returned (no paging/limit); a null body returns an empty result. Otherwise the result is the UNION of: the variants matched by sids, the harvest-active variants of pgVariantGrpSids, and the harvest-active variants of the article's PG-variant group (articleSid). SIDs must be resolved beforehand, never invented.
