Resolves the current answers of a transaction position (TransPos) into a flat, applicationID-keyed structure. A null body returns an empty result; if a body is supplied then 'transPosSid' is MANDATORY - a body without transPosSid throws IllegalArgumentException. transPosSid identifies the object, its current (latest) AnswerGrpBatch is loaded, and if none exists an empty result is returned. 'applicationIds' selects which answers (by EnqPropHierarchy applicationID) are emitted; 'answerImpl' selects the answer converter implementation used to shape the output. Results are filtered by the caller's role/FilterXD (ROLE_QUESTIONNAIRE_ANSWERS_GET_API). SID resolution: transPosSid is a numeric SID resolved directly.
