get taxes

POST 
/stock/common/v1/gettaxes

Returns taxes. The body is REQUIRED and must contain at least one selector, otherwise an IllegalArgumentException is thrown (null body or a body with no selector is rejected, not answered with an empty list). Selectors: either both articleSid AND addressSid together (resolves the taxes for that article at that address), or any of taxGrpSids / taxLevelSids / regionSids.
