get trans positions

/stock/trans/v1/gettranspos

Loads transaction positions (TransPos). null body OR all filters empty -> empty result (no error, no fetch-all). Exactly one filter set is used, first non-empty wins in this order: (1) contractSids (onlyLaterPacking=true limits to positions marked for later packing); (2) transSids (flags allowTransportPackingPos, loadSourceTransportPackingPos); (3) groupIDs (same two flags); (4) coPosSids. Lower-priority filters are ignored once a higher one is non-empty. No date range, no result-size limit.
