get partner hierarchies

/sus/partner/v1/getpartnerhierarchies

Loads partner-relation (hierarchy) records. A null body, or a body with none of the trigger filters, returns an empty list (logged server-side) and never raises an error. Trigger filters are evaluated first-non-empty wins: (1) identifiers, (2) partnerHierarchySids, (3) prelationDeclRowguids. In the identifiers branch the following further narrow the result: oppositePartnerIdentifiers (only their partnerSid is read), prelationTypeSids, addressSids, prelationDeclRowguids; loadChildHierarchies=true loads children, =false loads parents, null loads both; loadOnlyValidAssTo/loadOnlyValidAssFrom default to true (restrict to currently valid assignments) when null; loadOnlyNewest keeps only the newest version; querySid runs an additional hierarchy query whose output is returned in queryResults. SID resolution per identifier entry, first non-null wins: partnerSid, partnerRowGuid, partnerName, searchString. No result limit.
