Deprecated. Builds a flat map of a single enquiry's answers keyed by EnqPropHierarchy applicationID. The request body is required and THREE fields are mandatory together: 'partnerIdentifier', 'jobApplicationId' and 'ephApplicationIds' - if any of them is missing the operation intentionally returns an empty result (logged warning), not an error. jobApplicationId is resolved to job SIDs, partnerIdentifier is resolved to partner SIDs, and ephApplicationIds select the EnqPropHierarchies to include. 'enqStateSid', 'dateFrom' and 'dateTo' are optional narrowing filters on the enquiry search. Exactly one matching enquiry is expected; if more than one enquiry matches, the operation throws (error.morethanoneenquiryfound). Results are filtered by the caller's role/FilterXD (ROLE_QUESTIONNAIRE_GETPLAINANSWERMAP_API).
