Address
An Address is a contact and location record belonging to a partner. A single partner can hold multiple addresses, each serving a different purpose: a primary business address for correspondence, a dedicated billing address for invoices, one or more delivery addresses for goods dispatch, and site addresses for individual farm locations or warehouses. Each address type is distinguished by an address type classification, and one address per partner can be flagged as the default.
Addresses carry the full range of postal information — street, house number, ZIP code, city, and region (country or sub-region) — alongside communication details such as email address, phone number, mobile, fax, and URL. Geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) allow addresses to be displayed on maps and used in route optimization. A free-text way description field lets users add practical navigation notes beyond what a structured postal address conveys. Additional free fields (FreeField1–5) provide flexibility for domain-specific annotations that don't fit the standard structure.
