TransportResp

A TransportResp (Transport Responsibility) is a lookup entity that defines who is responsible for organizing and paying for transport in a contract — for example the buyer, the seller, or a third-party carrier. It complements the delivery condition (DeliveryCond/Incoterm) with an internal classification.
